Q: Does my 13" laptop fit in a Decoy Bag?
A: This bag does not accommodate a laptop of any size, but will accommodate a smaller sized iPad, Kindle, etc. However, we do provide the Alpha Pro and Delta styles which come with a designated area for up to a 15” laptop.
Q: Is there a store in my country that carries Langly products?
A: At the moment, Langly products are only sold through langly.co
Q: What is the best way to get updates on promotions and new products?
A: Be the first to find out about promotions and new product releases by signing up for our newsletter and following us on social media (Instagram: @langly / Twitter: @langlyco / Snapchat: langlybags / Tumbler: langlyco).
Q: How can I inquire about potential collaborations or sponsorship?
A: We connect with all of our collaborators via the Ambassador program. If you are interested in a collaboration, you can submit a profile that displays your work on the Ambassador page. Q: Does the Alpha Pro have sectioning dividers for my lenses?
A: Yes. The bottom section of the Alpha Pro has removable dividers so you can customize the sections as you wish.
Q: Are the bags waterproof?
A: All of the bags have a water-resistant wax coating on them to protect your equipment from rainy weather.
Q: Are the patches iron-on?
A: No. All of our patches must be sewn on.
Q: Help! My tracking number says “NOT FOUND”, why is that?
A: If you are seeing this message, it is most likely because your order was recently shipped out and has not been updated by the carrier. Please allow a few hours for the status to be updated and check again.
Q: How long will it take to ship to my country?
A: We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to the unknowns involved with trans-border shipping. Customs can delay, refuse to process, lose or impose unanticipated customs or duties to international shipments at their discretion. For this reason, Langly cannot guarantee the timeframe outlined by the different courier options listed for international shipments.
Q: Do you gift wrap?
A: At this time, we are not offering a gift wrap option.
Q: Will I have to pay customs or duties?
A: Yes. If your order is shipping to a country other than the United States, you will have to pay the corresponding custom tax for that country. With the exception of the Canadian HST, the customs or duties you will have to pay is not included in the price at checkout.
Q: One of my buckles has fallen off. What do I do now?
A: We can offer replacement buckles. Let us know by filling out the Contact Form on the Contact Us page and we will get those buckles out to you as soon as we can.
Q: When I try to login to my Langly account to track a package, it says that my account cannot be found. Why is that?
A: Placing an order does not automatically create a Langly account in your name. When putting in all your information for the order, there is a box that you must check to create an account. But here is still hope--if you didn’t check this box upon checkout, you can still create an account. Let us know by filling out a Contact Form, and we will send you an account invite via email so you can get started.
Q: How many stickers come in the Sticker Pack?
A: The Sticker Pack includes 12 different, Langly branded stickers.
Q: How should I clean my bag?
A: The best way to clean our canvas bags is by spot cleaning with warm, soapy water.
Q: Where do all the beautiful Langly website images come from?
A: We are pleased to say we source customer photos, thanks to our community of amazing photographers we have seen our bags reach all 7 continents, which is why we choose to feature and promote them here.
