SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
Shipping charges are determined by the carrier, speed of delivery, and destination. You will be given 2-3 methods to choose from at checkout after entering your shipping address.
Delivery time depends on the speed of delivery you select when you place an order. While we aim to ship out the following business day, our warehouse may take up to 48 hours to process your order depending on what time it is placed.
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the U.S.
*Please note that due to the COVID-19 outbreak, shipment delivery dates are not guaranteed and packages may have longer transit times than normal. While we aim to ship out the following business day, we may not be able to due to capacity constraints. Langly is not responsible for delayed shipping and/or transit times.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAXES OR DUTIES?
Any order shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes or duties. As the recipient, you are the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Exact import taxes and duties vary, depending on the destination country.
Langly charges only the merchandise and shipping charges to your credit card. Import taxes, customs charges, duties, VAT, etc. are collected by the international carrier upon delivery. The only exception is the Harmonized Sales Tax or Goods and Services Tax for shipments to Canada, in which we collect that at checkout.
